On Thursday, 4 September 2008, a Ghanaian Exchange Student – Mr. Daniel Nyarko paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe at the Chancery in Belgrade, Serbia. Mr. Nyarko was part of a gathering of international technical students from over twenty-five (25) countries who converged in Belgrade under the umbrella of the International Association of Exchange Students for Exchange of Technical Experiences (IAESTE). Meeting with executives of Serbia Football AssociationAs part of his efforts to further strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation between Ghana and Serbia, particularly in the field of football, His Excellency Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe paid a working visit to the offices of the Serbia Football Association on Friday, 11th January, 2008. The meeting was to afford His Excellency the opportunity to personally inform the leadership of the Association about the 26th Edition of Africa Cup of Nations Tournament and to address certain concerns regarding Ghana Football. Proposals for potential areas of trade/economic cooperation with the Republic of Serbia

The Ghana Embassy in Serbia is inviting proposals from the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI) in regard to potential areas of economic/trade cooperation between Ghana and Serbia, for the consideration of the competent Serbian authorities. The proposals, if found acceptable, could serve as the basis for revitalizing fruitful economic cooperation between the two countries which has slumped since the 1990s. It would also generate the necessary impetus for effective collaboration between the Chambers of Commerce of the two countries, with the possibility of reciprocal visits by the two Chambers to concretize any initial discussions.
